Trained as an architect at the University of Texas San Antonio and California College of Arts and Crafts, I spent 30 years designing fabulous projects—everything from the Four Seasons to Google. It was a hell of a run.​

Then came back surgery. Then came the brutal reality check—turns out, once you hit 60, you’re not useful anymore for the work world, so fuck that.

So I decided to continue my artistic pursuits and became a nomad, splitting my time between San Francisco, Mexico City, and Istanbul; chasing beauty, chaos, and whatever comes next .  .  .
