Capturing the perfection of nature—its beauty, its chaos, and the joy woven through it all.

Embracing the fleeting moments of wonder, the love, and the joy we too often overlook.
Welcome to a space where history twists, beauty defies expectation, and the forgotten find their voice. Here, art is not just a reflection but a rebellion—an invitation to see the world turned upside down, to question the stories we’ve inherited, and to rediscover the unsung masters who shaped our past. Step into a realm where the overlooked become luminous, where nature’s wild elegance meets human defiance, and where every piece is a challenge to the ordinary.
Life is joy—family, love, laughter, and resilience. It’s growth, adventure, and the beauty of every moment, woven into the stories we share through art.

How it all began
After major back surgery left me stuck in bed, I stumbled upon a class on Atlas Obscura taught by Kate Alarcón, focusing on paper mushrooms and forest plants. I was instantly hooked. The course wove together my lifelong passions—painting, architecture, and interiors—into something unexpected and deeply fulfilling.

I took the class again. And then, like Alice, I tumbled down the rabbit hole—recreating nature in paper, crafting flowers, mushrooms, butterflies, dragonflies, and the countless cohabitants of our world. Creatures we assume belong to us, to use, to take, to discard.

In the last few years, I’ve revisited art history, especially the still-life paintings of women and other conveniently forgotten artists, seeking to honor their overlooked brilliance.

At the same time, I’ve become painfully aware of how ruthlessly we continue to extinguish life around us—all for the obscene profit of a handful of insufferable billionaires. This pattern, of destruction in service of power, is nothing new. But my work exists in defiance of it. It is a tribute to what we have lost and what we stand to lose.
